[:es]En el día de hoy, 5 de febrero, se dio por comenzado el 1er Seminario Panamericano de Deporte Universitario, en Río de Janeiro, donde las distintas federaciones nacionales del continente, junto con algunos miembros de FISU y representantes de instituciones universitarias, se reunieron con el objetivo de marcar pautas, intercambiar opiniones y exponer sobre las actividades que se vienen para el deporte universitario americano en este nuevo año.
Como vicepresidente de FISU y presidente de CBDU, Luciano Cabral, fue quien encabezó la bienvenida al evento y recibió a los presentes en este primer seminario de FISU AMERICA.
Por su parte, el presidente del Comité Olímpico Brasileño, el señor Paulo Wanderley, quien afirmó que la alianza entre el deporte universitario y el movimiento olímpico es fundamental para el desarrollo de una mejor sociedad y mejores atletas.
Alim Maluf Neto, presidente de FISU AMERICA, agradeció la presencia de las distintas federaciones nacionales y miembros de FISU, quienes se desplazaron hasta la ciudad brasileña para ser parte de este importante evento para el continente.
Lilia Barieva, directora de desarrollo y educación de FISU, junto con Tarmo Jaakson, Manager de relaciones de NUSF y Educación de FISU, expusieron sobre los proyectos de desarrollo del deporte universitario que lleva a cabo FISU y en los cuales FISU AMERICA puede ser parte.
Por último Christian Monzani, Director de Marketing de FISU, habló sobre la nueva imagen de FISU, y sus cambio en el logo, la marca y el lema de la federación.
Fotos: Rodrigo Ferran[:en]Today, 5th of February, the 1st Pan-American Seminar of University Sports started, in Rio de Janeiro, where the NUSF from the whole continent, with members of FISU and representatives of some university institutions, met with the objective of setting standards, exchange points of view and expose about the activities for the university sports in the continent this year.
In his role of FISU’s vice-president and CBDU’s president, Luciano Cabral, was who pronounced the opening speech, and welcomed the guests to the first seminar of FISU AMERICA.
For his part, the Brazilian Olympic Committee’s President, Mr. Paulo Wanderley, was who said that the alliance between the university sports and the Olympic movement is fundamental for the development of a better society and better athletes.
Alim Maluf Neto, FISU AMERICA’s president, thanked the presence of the national federations and FISU’s Members, who were present in Brazil, for this important event for the university sports in the continent.
FISU Education and Development Director, Lilia Barieva, and FISU Education and NUSF Relations Manager Tarmo Jaakson exposed about the development projects of university sports carried out by FISU, where FISU AMERICA can be part of them.
Christian Monzani, FISU’s Marketing Director, talked about the new image of FISU with its new logo, brand and slogan.
