[:es]Se definieron los semifinalistas del torneo Panamericano de Baloncesto 3×3 que organizan en conjunto FISU América y la Asociación del Deporte Universitario de El Salvador (Adusal).

En la rama masculina, la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR) y la Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM) de Argentina, que terminaron primeros en sus zonas, se medirán con la Universidad de Carabobo (UC) de Venezuela y el Centro de Estudios Universitarios (CEU) de México, respectivamente.

Por el lado de las mujeres, la Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UNAL) y la Universidad de Chile (UCh), primeros en sus grupos, definirán los finalistas ante el Centro de Enseñanza Técnica y Superior (CETyS) de México y la Universidad Politécnica Territorial de Lara Andrés Eloy Blanco (UPTAEB) de Venezuela.

Entre estos equipos, los mejores 8 de entre 17 de 9 países del continente, saldrán los clasificados a la Liga Mundial FISU 3×3. Cabe destacar que en el Panamericano la empresa Molten aporta el balón oficial.

Por otra parte, se disputaron los campeonatos individuales de habilidades y lanzamientos de 3 puntos. En mujeres, Damaris Cota de Mexico se quedó con el torneo de lanzamiento de 3 puntos, mientras entre los hombres ganó el también mexicano Bryan Rivera. En habilidades, se impuso María Quero de Venezuela, mientras el torneo de clavados se lo quedó Luis Castro, del CEU de Mexico.[:en] 

The semi-finalists of the 3×3 Pan American Basketball Tournament organized jointly by FISU America and the Association of University Sports of El Salvador (Adusal) were defined.

In the male branch, the University of Costa Rica (UCR) and the National University of La Matanza (UNLaM) of Argentina, which finished first in their Pools, will be measured with the University of Carabobo (UC) from Venezuela and the Center for University Studies (CEU) of Mexico, respectively.

On women’s side, the National University of Colombia (UNAL) and the University of Chile (UCh), first in their groups, will define the finalists before the Center for Technical and Higher Education (CETyS) of Mexico and the Polytechnic Territorial University Lara Andrés Eloy Blanco (UPTAEB) of Venezuela.

Among these teams, the best 8 out of 17 from 9 countries in the continent, will qualify for the FISU 3×3 World League. It should be noted that Molten brings the official ball in the Pan-American. On the other hand, the individual championships of skills and throws of 3 points were disputed. Among women, Damaris Cota from Mexico won the 3-point throwing tournament, while among men also won Mexican Bryan Rivera. In skills, Maria Quero from Venezuela won, while Luis Castro get the diving tournament to CEU from Mexico.[:]
