[:es]Celebración del “Día Internacional del Deporte Universitario”[:en]’International Day of University Sport’ Celebration[:]

[:es]El 2020 modificó los planes de todos, entre ellos la celebración del Día Internacional del Deporte Universitario (IDUS, por sus siglas en inglés), declarado por la UNESCO y celebrado cada 20 de septiembre desde el año 2016. 

Aún así, cada Federación Deportiva Universitaria de nuestro continente se mantuvo activa para poder seguir ofreciendo y promoviendo el deporte universitario, innovando con sus propuestas y  realizando actividades con las medidas sanitarias debidas para cuidar la salud de la comunidad universitaria, 

Para celebrar a lo grande, en el marco de las celebraciones por el IDUS, FISU América organizará del 14 de septiembre al 10 de octubre diversos eventos educativos, deportivos (virtuales) y de promoción en los que las Federaciones Deportivas Universitarias del continente podrán participar de forma gratuita, cumpliendo con los requisitos para poder ser parte del concurso de la Federación más activa del continente.

 

A continuación te presentamos el cronograma de actividades:

 

 

  • CONVERSATORIOS VIRTUALES

 

 

Desde el 14 al 18 de septiembre, todos los días a la misma hora (16hs de Honduras; 17hs de México, 18hs Chile y 19hs de Brasil- Argentina) se realizarán cinco conversatorios virtuales con distintas temáticas y adaptados a diferentes miembros de la comunidad: 

  • 14 de septiembre: “Planificación y entrenamiento deportivo” será una plática dirigida a entrenadores/as del continente e irá orientada hacia los procesos que ocurren en la preparación deportiva de las y los estudiantes- deportistas universitarios.
  • 15 de septiembre: “Estudiantes embajadores” será una plática dirigida a las y los estudiantes deportistas del continente para abordar las preocupaciones e interés de sus pares.
  • 16 de septiembre: “Marketing Deportivo” será una plática dirigida hacia las personas que ocupan cargos en la dirección deportiva y líderes. El tema principal para abordar el conjunto de estrategias dirigidas en beneficio del deporte universitario. 
  • 17 de septiembre: “Igualdad y equidad de género en el deporte” será una plática dirigida a todas las personas del continente interesadas en el tema. Esta charla pretende sensibilizar, visibilizar, contribuir e impulsar hacia una comunidad universitaria más justa y con igualdad de oportunidades.
  • 18 de septiembre: “Programa Healthy Campus” será una plática destinada hacia  las personas que ocupan cargos en la dirección deportiva y dirigentes, en la cual se presentará el Programa Campus Saludable que tiene por objetivo mejorar todos los aspectos del bienestar del estudiantado y la comunidad del campus en general. 

 

Las charlas tendrán traducción simultánea al inglés-español y, serán transmitidas a través de diferentes plataformas de difusión masiva. Requieren inscripción previa.

Días previos a las pláticas, se darán a conocer a las y los oradores, así como las plataformas para la visualización. La participación en las mismas, otorgará puntaje a cada Federación Deportiva Universitaria.

Los participantes que deseen obtener constancia y que su participación cuente para aportar puntaje a la Federación Deportiva a la que pertenecen, deberán registrarse en el sitio web de IDUS FISU América.

  • COMPETICIÓN DE ESPORTS  

 

Del 21 de septiembre al 10 de octubre se llevará a cabo una competencia semanal de Esports en las siguientes modalidades:

 

  • FIFA 20:

 

o  Competencia: Del 21 al 26 de Septiembre;

o   Cierre de inscripción: 16 de septiembre.

 

  • CLASH ROYALE:

 

o   Competencia: Del 28 de Septiembre al 3 de octubre;

o   Cierre de inscripción: 23 de septiembre.

 

  • FREE FIRE:

 

o   Competencia: Del 5 al 10 de octubre;

o   Cierre de inscripción hasta el día 30 de septiembre.

 

Los reglamentos de cada competencia serán enviados posteriormente a este anuncio y previo a la competencia.

La participación en las mismas, otorgará puntaje a cada Federación deportiva universitaria y deberán registrarse en la página de IDUS FISU AMERICA.

No hay límite de participación por Federación; cuanto más participantes tenga una federación más puntos obtendrá en el puntaje final. 

Además, en el marco de la competición entre federaciones, se llevarán a cabo diferentes “Challenges”:

 

  1. Concurso de fotografía y,
  2.  Video de promoción.

 

 Los cuales estarán a cargo de cada Federación Nacional, para revisar.

 

A continuación se presenta el SISTEMA DE PUNTUACIÓN:

 

 

  • El puntaje por participante del Conversatorio y del Festival de E-sports será el siguiente:

  • El Video de promoción recibirá puntaje por cantidad de likes y también cada vez que sea compartido desde la página de la federación.

Como ejemplo, si un video tiene 5 likes, el puntaje por cantidad de likes será de (5 likes X 1 punto = 5 puntos) y si fue 3 veces compartido obtendrá 15 puntos ( 3 sharings x 5 puntos= 15 puntos), con lo que el puntaje total es de 20 puntos.

Para la verificación de los números, las federaciones deben enviar a FISU América un reporte de ello y una captura de pantalla del posteo con la perfomance de la semana comenzando el 14 de septiembre.

 

  • Para el concurso de fotografía el puntaje será proporcional al número de likes y veces compartidas en el Instagram  de FISU America:

  • Durante el periodo de celebración del IDUS, realizaremos votaciones en el FISU America Instagram que también otorgarán puntaje para el concurso general.

  •  Del 10 de septiembre al 10 de octubre se trabajará en conjunto con los equipos de comunicación y marketing de las federaciones para asistirlos en la promoción del IDUS, y aquellas 10 mejores performances en likes y vistas, donde los likes reciben 2 puntos y las vistas 1 punto obtendrán el siguiente puntaje.

  • La participación en la transmisión del conversatorio y el festival de E-sports también – dará puntaje para el concurso general de la Federación más activa del continente. This year, at FISU America, we set out to celebrate in many ways and we have the participation of the continent in each of the proposals. In addition, we promote solidarity in each of our actions, as we are taught by the values ​​of fraternity, solidarity and peace, promoted by university sports among others. VIRTUAL WEBINARS

 

From September 14 to 18th every day at the same time (16hs Central America time; 17hs México, 18hs Chile and 19hs in Brazil – Argentina) we will hold a panel discussion with different topics and participants.

 

Each day the webinar will have different topics:

Þ Sports and Training Planning: destined to trainers of the continent and the themes will be about training and planification of university sports.

Þ Ambassadors Students: Destined to students of the continent, a conversation with ambassadors to address the concerns and interests of the continent´s students’ athletes.

Þ Sports Marketing: Destined to managers and leaders to work on issues related to sports marketing.

Þ Gender Equality in Sport: Destined to all the community will be of genders and sports of the continents.

Þ Healthy Campus Program: Destined to managers and leaders with the theme of Healthy Campus in the continent.

The talks will have simultaneous translation English Spanish.

They can be viewed by mass broadcast platforms, although they will require prior registration (days prior to the event).

 

A few days prior to the events, they will receive the specific approach that will be given to the topic and the speakers, as well as the platforms for viewing.

 

Participation in them will award a score to each university sports federation.

 

Participants who wish to receive digital certificates and that their participation counts for the most active NUSF contest must register themself on the IDUS FISU AMERICA page.

 

E-SPORTS FESTIVAL

 

 

From September 21 to October 10, a weekly E-sports competition will be held in the following modalities:

 

Þ    FIFA 20:

o   September 21th to 26th;

o   Registration until September 16th.

 

Þ    CLASH ROYALE:

o   September 28th to October 3rd;

o   Registration until September 23rd;

 

Þ    FREE FIRE:

o   October 5th to 10th;

o   Registration until September 30th;

 

 

Each competition will have a weekly format.

The regulations of each competition will be sent later and prior to the competition.

Participation in them will award a score to each university sports federation.

Participants must register directly through the IDUS FISU AMERICA website.

There is no limit on the number of participants per member, the more participants the NUSF has, the more points it will add to the more active NUSF contest.

 

Also, we will have photography and promotion videos competitions, where each federation will be in charge of them.

As an example, if de video has 5 likes, the score for likes will be 5 (5 likes X 1 point = 5 points) and 3 sharings, the score for the sharings will be 15 ( 3 sharings x 5 points= 15 points), the total score for this activity will be 20 points.

 

For the verification of the numbers, the federations must send to FISU AMERICA, the report and the supporting print screens of the post with a performance week starting on September 14th.

 

–          For the best photo contest the score will be proportional to the number of likes and shares on FISU AMERICA´s instagram page:
