[:es]La tercera edición de la Academia FISU de Líderes Voluntarios 2019 ha terminado y representantes de 16 diferentes Federaciones Nacionales de Deporte Universitario y una por la Federación Continental han sido parte de este evento.

 

Durante los siete días de la Academia FISU de Lideres Voluntarios 2019, estudiantes activistas de 80 Federaciones Nacionales y Continentales de Deporte Universitario, se formaron en nuevas capacidades y compartieron experiencias como parte de actividades del foro educacional. Los principales resultados de la Academia son los programas de voluntariados y conceptos a desarrollar para los 12 Campeonatos Mundiales que tendrán lugar en el 2020.

 

La representante por FISU AMERICA, Teresa Vásquez Rojas, proveniente de Chile (FENAUDE), nos comentó acerca de la experiencia: ”Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora. Te deja con mucha energia para seguir trabajando a favor del deporte universitario. Lo que más me llena de orgullo es que tuve la oportunidad de representar a todo el continente, y espero haber estado a la altura de tan importante tarea. Agradezco la experiencia y seguiré dando lo mejor de mi para seguir creciendo en conjunto”.

Este año, las celebraciones por el Día Internacional del Deporte Universitario fueron un punto importante en la agenda de la Academia. Durante estos siete intensos y productivos días, los asistentes participaron en diversas actividades, incluyendo talleres, mesas de discusión, concursos, proyectos en grupo y más.

Los expertos internacionales de FISU, como representantes del Comité Organizador de las Universiadas de Verano Ekaterimburgo 2023 y Campeonatos Mundiales Universitarios 2020 dieron discursos en el foro. Azat Kadyrov, Director General de la Dirección de Deportes y Proyectos Sociales de Kazan, también contribuyeron expertos opinando sobre varios temas.

 

Hablamos con Luz Pizani representante de FeDUA (Argentina) y nos dijo: ‘’La Academia fue increíble, muy intensa y enriquecedora. Las clases iban desde el manejo de redes sociales hasta la organización de programas de voluntariados para eventos deportivos’’.

 

‘’Aprendí mucho en tan pocos días, espero poder compartirlo e implementarlo en Argentina cuando vuelva, estoy muy agradecida de haber podido vivir esta experiencia’’.

 

El presidente de FISU, Oleg Matytsin, felicitó a los participantes de la Academia, y recalcó el éxito de este evento diciendo: ”Ustedes son el futuro. Espero que ahora, luego de la Academia, esto se vuelva cada vez más claro para ustedes. Su conocimiento es valioso para ambos, para todos, ustedes, sus federaciones nacionales y sus países.

During the seven days of the FISU Volunteer Leaders Academy 2019, student activists representing 80 continental and National University Sports Federations mastered new skills and shared experiences, as part of the forum’s educational activities. The Academy’s main outcomes are volunteer programs projects and concepts for 12 World University Championships taking place in 2020.

The FISU AMERICA’s representative, Teresa Vásquez Rojas, from Chile (FENAUDE), commented us about the Academy: ‘It was a very rewarding experience. It filled me of energy to keep working for the university sport. What makes me feel more proud, it’s the fact that i had the opportunity to represent the continent, and I hope to have met the expectations of this important task. I’m grateful for the experience and I’m going to keep giving all my best to continuing growing together.

This year, celebrations planned for the International Day of University Sports were another focal point on the Academy’s agenda. During the seven intense and productive days, the attendees participated in various activities, including workshops, round-table discussions, contests, group projects, and more.

 

FISU’s international experts as well as representatives of some organizing committees like Ekaterinburg 2023 Summer Universiade and World University Championships 2020 delivered speeches at the forum. Azat Kadyrov, Director General of the Directorate for Sports and Social Projects Kazan, also contributed with his expert opinion on the various projects.

 

We talked with Luz Pizani, representative for FeDUA (Argentina) and she said: ‘The Academy was incredible, it was a very intense and fulfilling experience. The classes were from social network management to volunteer programs for sport events’.

 

‘I’ve learned so much in just a few days, I hope to go back to Argentina and be able to share and implement it. I’m so thankful for the opportunity of living this amazing experience’.

 

FISU President Oleg Matytsin congratulated the Academy participants on the successful event, saying ‘You are our future. I hope that now, after the Academy, it is becoming more and more clear to you. Your knowledge is valuable both for you and your national federations, your countries.
